MORGANTOWN, West Virginia —Â Moments ago, West Virginia’s latest commit, Obinna Onwuka, promised “huge news” for West Virginia today!
Onwuka said the following on his personal social media account earlier today: “Huge news coming today, just keep refreshing your feed throughout the day.”
Onwuka, a 247Sports four-star defensive end prospect, officially committed to the Mountaineers last week. The Maryland native is the 11th-rated overall player in the state, and the 27th-rated defensive end nationally.
West Virginia recently hosted several outstanding prospects and it’s very likely that one or more of them are ready to join Onwuka as a member of the Mountaineers!
