Adam “Pacman” Jones Back in Jail

According to reports out of Cincinnati, Ohio, former West Virginia Mountaineers football player Adam “Pacman” Jones is once again in custody of law enforcement after an incident that happened in the early hours of this morning.

Police arrested Jones Monday morning after he punched and kicked a person in the head until the person was unconscious, according to court documents.

Police charged Jones with misdemeanor assault, and he was scheduled to face a Hamilton County judge this morning at 9:00AM.

Jones, now 37 years old, retired from the NFL in 2019 and has had multiple run-ins with law enforcement during his time in Morgantown and as a member of the Cincinnati Bengals.

Jones was an All Big East and honorable mention All-American at West Virginia, and was the 6th overall pick in the 2005 NFL Draft, but he has not been able to stay out of trouble off the field.

A very disappointing, sad situation for the former Mountaineer.
