Los Angeles, California – In his first Major League Baseball All Star appearance, former West Virginia Mountaineers starting pitcher Alek Manoah absolutely stole the show!

Manoah was electric on the field, striking out three batters in only one inning, but was even more impressive on the mic.

Manoah, 24, is in only his second season at the Major league level and leads the Toronto Blue Jays pitching staff with a 9-4 record and a 2.34 ERA.
