MORGANTOWN, West Virginia – The Los Angeles Angels have signed Mountaineers Undrafted Free Agent (UDFA) LHP/OF Kevin Dowdell.
The announcement was made official by the Mountaineers baseball Twitter account.

Dowdell was a two-way player for the Mountaineers compiling a 6.35 ERA with 11 strikeouts and 13 walks over 11.1 innings of work during his 21 games on the bump.
Dowdell had better success on the offensive side as he slashed .200/.319/.383 with three homers and 15 RBI over 60 at-bats in 60 games played.
