Morgantown, West Virginia – The Big 12 Conference has sent ESPN, “the worldwide leader in sports”, a cease and desist letter.
According to a report by Yahoo Sports’ Pete Thamel, the letter demands that ESPN “end all actions that may harm the conference and its members and that it not communicate with the Big 12’s existing members.”

The letter continues: “ESPN must not communicate any of the Big 12’s current members regarding possible conference realignment or potential financial incentive.”
The Big 12 Conference is obviously very desperate and paranoid about losing more members after Texas and Oklahoma have already announced their departure, and its leaders are blaming ESPN for its downfall.
