Morgantown, West Virginia – The West Virginia Mountaineers are predicted to sixth in the Big 12 Conference in the 2021-2022 season, according to Big 12 media representatives.

The Mountaineers were 6-4 overall last season and 4-4 in conference play, finishing in sixth place in the Big 12 last season.

However, in Neal Brown’s third season at West Virginia, expectations are raised and it’s hoped that the Mountaineers will continue to show improvement in the upcoming season.

Oklahoma, Texas, Oklahoma State and TCU are all predicted to finished ahead of the Mountaineers.  See the full predicted standings below:
