Morgantown, West Virginia – Seth Wilson, a 6’3 185 pound combo guard from Lorain, Ohio, has officially committed to the West Virginia Mountaineers for the 2021-2022 year.
Wilson, who played for the same high school that LeBron James played for, St. Vincent-St. Mary High in Akron, Ohio, transferred to Lorain High School last season and averaged 13 points and 7 rebounds while leading his team to the OHSAA district championship.
Bob Huggins said the following of Wilson: “Seth is an outstanding shooter, who comes from a high school with great basketball tradition that has produced many high-level Division I players. He gives us great versatility and can play at point guard or move to the wing with his shooting ability. Seth will be a great asset to our backcourt.”
