Morgantown, West Virginia – Following West Virginia’s heart-breaking 16-13 loss at Oklahoma, Mountaineers legendary basketball coach Bob Huggins took to social media to give his thoughts on the football program.
“Win or lose, we should have our guys backs instead of crushing them. The beautiful thing about bleeding gold and blue is knowing that people have always counted us out and looked down on us and we’ve always loved the opportunity to prove different.”
Huggins closed by saying, “West Virginia football is in good hands. Stop!”
