This morning, WVU head coach Bob Huggins officially announced that Oscar Tshiebwe had left the Mountaineer Men’s Basketball team. Of course, this raised a lot of eyebrows around Mountaineer Nation. Nobody in West Virginia saw this coming, except for one man did. That man was Huggins himself.

As shared by Nick Farrell of Gold and Blue Nation, Huggins confirmed that he wasn’t caught off guard by Tshiebwe’s departure.
“Did it catch me by surprise? No. What are we gonna do moving forward? Win more games.”
It is unclear why Tshiebwe decided to leave the team, but the man in charge of the program sounds as if he saw it coming.
