Kansas City, Missouri – Down 19-4 in the first half of the second round of the Big 12 Conference Tournament, West Virginia’s Taz Sherman drove to the basket and was clearly fouled by two separate Kansas defenders.
Unfortunately, the foul(s) were not called and Bob Huggins absolutely lost it on the referees, was quickly assessed two technical fouls and was thrown out of the game.
Long-time Huggins’ assistant Larry Harrison will now lead the team for the remainder of the game.
