Bowl Projections After Loss to Oklahoma State

WVU remains in ESPN’s Bowl Projections following loss to Oklahoma State.

Morgantown, WV – Despite their 48-34 loss to Oklahoma State, the West Virginia Mountaineers were still featured in ESPN’s Bowl Projections by both Kyle Bonagura and Mark Schlabach this week.

Bonagura has the Mountaineers taking on the Virginia Tech Hokies in the Lockheed Armed Forces Bowl on December 23rd. The two sides last met in 2022, with WVU taking the 33-10 win in Blacksburg. The Armed Forces Bowl is scheduled for December 23rd at 3:30 (ABC).

Schlabach is a little higher on West Virginia, slating them for the TaxAct Texas Bowl on December 27th at 9 p.m. (ESPN). WVU and Missouri last met in 2019. The Tigers won the game 38-7.
