Last night, reports began to surface that the Big Ten Conference was on the brink of cancelling its 2020 fall football season. This morning, it is appearing that devastating news has become a reality.

According to Chris Solari of the Detroit Free Press, Big Ten presidents have voted 12 to 2 in favor of cancelling the 2020 fall football season — with Iowa and Nebraska being the only two schools in favor of playing.
There has been no word on what the other Power 5 conferences may do, but many expect the Pac-12 to follow suit.
Multiple reports suggest the decision will be formally announced tomorrow.
