Morgantown, West Virginia Hundreds of people have gathered outside the Morgantown Courthouse to peacefully protest racial disparity in the United States.

Several West Virginia basketball players, including Gabe Osabuohien, Taz Sherman, Oscar Tshiebwe and Jalen Bridges announced last night on social media that they would march today and many others have joined them to march the streets of Morgantown.

Also in attendance was Stephen Smith, a candidate for Governor for the state of West Virginia.  Members of the NAACP said that they would back Smith in the upcoming election for Governor.

This peaceful protest is a great example of the people of West Virginia supporting Black Lives Matter and the end of racial disparity in our country.
