MORGANTOWN, West Virginia — According to a Adam Zagoria, Jose Perez has been told that he’s no longer on the team at West Virginia due to an academic situation. Perez, 6’5 guard from Bronx, New York, averaged 18.9 points and 4.5 rebounds per game at Manhattan two seasons ago.
