During the first half against Tulsa, Oklahoma State starting quarterback Spencer Sanders suffered a “lower extremity injury.” He left during the first quarter and is doubtful to return, per Kelly Hines of Tulsa World.
Depending on the severity of the injury, this could affect Sanders when they play West Virginia next week.
