Moments ago, the FBS suffered its second conference cancellation due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to Brett McMurphy of Stadium, the Mountain West has canceled their fall football season, and hopes to postpone it until the spring semester. Health and safety of players was referenced as reasoning for the decision.

This now makes 26 total FBS programs who will not be participating in a fall football season in 2020.
