Morgantown, West Virginia – The West Virginia Mountaineers’ first opponent this basketball season has withdrawn from the Crossover Classic. Texas A&M announced that the team will not travel to South Dakota, leaving the Mountaineers without an opponent for its opening game.
West Virginia was scheduled to play the Aggies next Wednesday, November 25 at 2:00PM in the opening round of the tournament. No word on who will replace Texas A&M in the draw, or if the game has been cancelled entirely.
