With the recent fear of an outbreak of the Coronavirus, West Virginia University announced that classes March 23rd through the 27th would be suspended. However, classes will resume online for students.
This announcement was made both by President E. Gordon Gee and the University via Twitter. Students who traveled home are also being asked to remain home until further notice.

As we monitor COVID-19, the WVU System will temporarily suspend face-to-face classes from March 23-27 as we transition to online class instruction. This is a precautionary measure to protect our community.
