Per Bob Hertzel of Times West Virginian, WVU linebacker Josh Chandler-Semedo will not play today against TCU.
Chandler-Semedo was injured during the team’s loss to Texas last week, and didn’t return to the contest. Exree Loe is expected to start in his place, per multiple reports.
