Former West Virginia guard Chase Harler played in his first professional basketball game earlier today and absolutely went off. Harler, who graduated from West Virginia University last year, now plays overseas for Lithuania.
Harler signed with Palangos Kuršiai of the professional league in Lithuania over the summer. Harler, originally from Moundsville, West Virginia, averaged 3.5 points per game during his four year college career with the Mountaineers.
In his first game as a professional, however, Harler had 26 points in his team’s 79-78 victory. Congratulations to a real Mountaineer and an in-state player who continues to make West Virginia proud!
