Huntington, WV – There is change coming to the Marshall Men’s Basketball program.
Moments ago, Jeff Goodman of The Field of 68 reported that Head Coach Dan D’Antoni is officially OUT as the head coach of the Marshall.

The 76-year-old D'Antoni took over in 2014, took the Herd to the NCAA tourney in 2018.
Assistant and alum Cornelius Jackson will take over for D'Antoni.

D’Antoni, who will be 77 in July, took over the program in 2014. He accumulated a 177-148 record during his time with the Herd. His lone NCAA Tournament appearance came in 2018 when he led the Herd to a 25-11 record and a Conference USA championship.
Assistant Coach Cornelius Jackson will take over for D’Antoni.
