Morgantown, West Virginia – Moments ago, West Virginia University announced on its official Twitter account that Miles “Deuce” McBride is not in the starting lineup today against Kansas State.
Earlier in the week, Bob Huggins said that McBride was “a bit dinged up but fine.” McBride has been struggling with a minor toe injury. While McBride will likely play, this is a game that the Mountaineers should be able to win without him and are resting him for a huge game against #2 Baylor on Tuesday.
Jordan McCabe will start in place of him.
