
Morgantown, West Virginia – When it was announced that Jevon Carter was resigning with the Phoenix Suns last Friday, ESPN said that Jevon Carter graduated from Texas Tech. This, of course, was a slap in the face to West Virginians who view Carter as one of the greatest Mountaineers ever.
Today, on the Worldwide Leader in Sports’ upcoming Top 25 college basketball games, West Virginia is noticeably absent. Check the video below courtesy of Tucker Via:

Fans of West Virginia sports have long felt slighted and unrecognized by ESPN, and this is just another of many examples that they have to draw from.
West Virginia, currently ranked #16 in both the Coaches and AP polls, opens up the season tomorrow, November 25 at 7:00PM on ESPN2 in the Bad Boy Mowers Crossover Classic. Â
