Fairmont, WV – In what has easily been one of the biggest surprises of the transfer portal window, Texas Tech has reached into WV’s backyard to secure a commitment.
Earlier this afternoon, Fairmont State Defensive Back Jovan Jackson committed to play for the Red Raiders.

Jackson, who will be a senior in 2023, totaled 84 tackles, 5 pass breakups, and 1 interception this past season. He is currently unrated by 247Sports.
