Former Mountaineer Indicted

Former WVU Offensive Lineman Josh Sills has found himself in the headlines days before he was set to play in the Super Bowl.

Sills, who is a reserve offensive lineman for the Philadelphia Eagles, has been indicted on charges of rape and kidnapping, according to a release by prosecutors in the state of Ohio.

The prosecutors claim that Sills “engaged in sexual activity that was not consensual and held a victim against her will.”

He is set to appear in court in February 16th.  Both charges are felonies.
