Morgantown, West Virginia – Mountaineer Sports wrote an article about former West Virginia Mountaineers point guard Jordan McCabe, who now plays for the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels. McCabe, who transferred from West Virginia following last season, is seeing increased minutes and productivity this season at UNLV.

McCabe, the starting pointing guard for the Runnin’ Rebels, is averaging 7.3 points, 5.0 assists and 1.3 steals in 30.0 minutes per game this season. Last season with the Mountaineers, McCabe averaged only 2.2 points and 1.4 assists in 11.0 minutes per game.

McCabe said the following about the Mountaineer Sports’ article: “Don’t see this a ton from a school you transfer from. Got a ton of love for the people of West Virginia and my boys still there killin’ this season.”

Great to see that Jordan McCabe has found success at his new home and still appreciates the love and support from his former team!
