Morgantown, West Virginia – Moments ago, former Pitt Panthers star and current Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin collapsed and passed out on the field following a tackle in tonight’s Buffalo Bills versus Cincinnati Bengals game on Monday Night Football.
Hamlin, 24, received CPR on the field for several minutes and was taken away in an ambulance. It’s unclear about the extent of what happened, but early reports suggests that Hamlin went into cardiac arrest.
The game, which was is in the first quarter with the Bengals winning 7-3, is temporarily suspended and may be cancelled.
