Prior to the game, ESPN’s Pete Thamel reported on College Gameday that Neal Brown could potentially be fired with a loss in today’s game. However, it appears that Brown’s job may be safe for at least one more game now.
The Mountaineers are back in action next Saturday, November 19th against the 23rd ranked Kansas State Wildcats in their final home game of the season.
