Garrett Greene Named Top Quarterback in 2024

Morgantown, WV – After sitting behind Jarret Doege and JT Daniels, it only took Garrett Greene one season to win over Mountaineer fans. In his first full season as a starter, Greene passed for over 2,000 yards, rushed for over 700 yards, and accounted for 28 touchdowns. Many outlets around the nation are beginning to take notice of the talented signal-caller from Florida.

Earlier today, Blue Bloods Bias, a popular College Football based account on X, shared their top ten quarterbacks for the 2024 season. Greene was featured as the 9th best quarterback in the nation going into next season.

To be included on a list that involves some of the best quarterbacks in the nation is quite the honor for Greene. The Mountaineers, who will likely be a favorite in the Big 12 next year, certainly struck gold when they found Garrett Greene.

Greene finished right behind Penn State’s Drew Allar. Those two will open up the season against one another as the Nittany Lions travel to Morgantown on August 31st.
