Morgantown, West Virginia – West Virginia head coach Neal Brown has been noncommittal about the playing time of redshirt freshman Garrett Greene, but Greene looks more than ready to step in and add a spark if the West Virginia offense needs it today against Virginia Tech.
Moments ago, Greene was captured on video throwing absolute bombs during warm-ups prior to the game. Greene stood on the opposite end 40 yard line and easily threw the ball into the end zone multiple times.

Greene, who is 4-7 for 57 yards on the season through 2 games, clearly has a huge arm to go along with his incredible ability to run and escape defenders.
Let’s hope Greene gets an opportunity to play today against Virginia Tech in the biggest, most important game in Neal Brown’s career.
