In-State DB Has Committed to WVU

Kevin Tinsley, a defensive back from Charleston, West Virginia, announced his commitment to Neal Brown and the Mountaineers today via Twitter.

Tinsley is a 2021 commit for the Mountaineers. He is a product of South Charleston High School where he won a state championship in 2020 after it was determined the “West Virginia Super Six” could not be played, per WSAZ.

Though Tinsley does not have a recruiting profile with any of the major outlets, he is a three-star prospect according to his social media bio.
