In State Player Leaves the Team

Morgantown, West Virginia – Moments ago, in-state player Kaulin Parris has announced that he is leaving the team and entering the transfer portal.

Parris, a 6’3 punter/kicker from Bluefield, West Virginia, joined the team last year.

Parris said the following about his departure: “First and foremost, I would like to thank Coach Brown and his staff at WVU for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to play at the highest level. I am so thankful for the time I’ve spent and the lessons I’ve learned in Morgantown.

To my teammates, I wish you guys nothing but the best and will never forget you guys! With that being said, after many talks and prayers and talks with my family and the people closest to me, I have officially decided to enter my name into the NCAA Transfer Portal.

West Virginia will forever hold a place in my heart.”
