Morgantown, West Virginia – Tomorrow night, Fairmont, West Virginia native and former West Virginia Mountaineers forward Jalen Bridges will return home for the first time as an opposing player for the Baylor Bears when West Virginia (10-5, 0-3) plays Baylor (10-5, 0-3).

Bridges, a 6’7 junior, is averaging 8.9 points and 4.8 rebounds per game while shooting 48% from the field and 22.9% from three point range.

Bridges, who grew up “just 20 minutes down the road in Fairmont”, said that his return home will be “interesting.”

“I think I had 19 tickets put in for family and friends,” Bridges said. “So there will be a little Jalen Bridges/Baylor section. All of my family and friends that I want to be there will be there cheering us on so it’s going to be interesting.”

Baylor at West Virginia starts at 7:00PM and will be televised live on ESPN+.
