Jarret Doege Signs Professional Deal

It seems as if Jarret Doege has been a collegiate quarterback for the last decade. After a three-year stint with the Mountaineers, on top of two seasons at Bowling Green prior, the Lubbock, Texas native finished his college playing days last fall at Troy.

While it is almost a given that he will not be selected in this April’s NFL Draft, Doege has found professional opportunities elsewhere.

According to a press release from the team, Doege has signed with the Edmonton Elks of the Canadian Football League.

Doege finished his Mountaineer career completing 64.8% of his passes for 6,453 yards and 40 touchdowns to 19 interceptions.
