Former WVU linebacker Jasir Cox went undrafted in the 2023 NFL Draft. After transferring from North Dakota State, Cox accumulated 62 total tackles, 6 tackles for loss, 0.5 sacks, 3 passes defended, and 2 fumble recoveries (1 for a touchdown).
Despite not being invited to the NFL Combine, the Missouri native was considered to be a potential sleeper prospect this offseason.
Yesterday, after seeing his NFL Draft dreams fall through, Cox saw those aspirations receive a little glimmer of hope. According to Tanner Phifer of Outkick, Jasir Cox has received a mini camp invite from the Philadelphia Eagles.

Should he put on an exceptional performance, an offer to join the team in at least a practice squad role will likely become a reality.
