Jevon Carter FINALLY Scores in the 2021 NBA Playoffs

Morgantown, West Virginia – It took eight games into the 2021 NBA Playoffs but former West Virginia Mountaineers guard Jevon Carter finally got on the score board in the Phoenix Suns’ victory over the Denver Nuggets last night.

Carter, who has played very limited minutes during the playoffs, played six minutes in Game 2, finishing the game with 2 points and 2 assists on 1-3 from the field and 0-1 from three point range in 6 minutes of play.

The Suns won 123-98 to take a 2-0 series advantage over the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Semifinals.

Carter averaged 4.1 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 12.0 minutes per game during the regular season, but has only played during garbage time during the playoffs.

The Suns are back in action tomorrow night at 10:00PM in Denver for Game 3 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
