Jevon Carter Officially Signs With Hometown Team

WVU Legend Jevon Carter has signed with the Chicago Bulls.

Chicago, IL: Former West Virginia guard Jevon Carter has officially signed with the Chicago Bulls, the team announced earlier this evening. Carter is originally from the Chicago area and has always dreamed of playing for the Bulls.

Carter has signed with the Bulls for 3 years and $20 million, which is approximately $6.67 million per year. Carter, 27, previously made $2.1 million last year with the Milwaukee Bucks. He had a big year off the bench for the Bucks, averaging 8.0 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists while playing some of the toughest, most intense defense in the NBA, which led to him landing such a big deal this offseason.

The Bulls are the fifth NBA team that Carter has been a member of since his career began in 2018 – joining Memphis, Phoenix, and Brooklyn, Milwaukee.
