Morgantown, West Virginia – Moments ago, former West Virginia Mountaineers head coach John Beilein was named to the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame class of 2022!

Beilein has an 829-468 career record as a college coach and has recorded 23 20-plus win seasons in his 41 seasons. Unbelievably, Bob Huggins is not currently a member of the College Basketball Hall of Fame, despite being one of the winningest coaches in college basketball history.

Congratulations, Coach Beilein!
