Markus Allen De-Commits From Michigan; Could He Jump to WVU?

Earlier today, Michigan commit Markus Allen announced via Twitter that he would be de-committing from the Wolverines.

Allen would state that after “deep conversation and reconsidering my commitment, my family and I feel as if it’s best I reopen my commitment as of now.”

Allen was heavily recruited by WVU, and he even had the Mountaineers as a finalist prior to his commitment. With his recruitment now being fully re-opened, could Neal Brown swoop in and steal what would be a huge commit in the 2021 class?

West Virginia was included in Allen’s top eight potential schools when he announced them via Twitter on April 5th. Also on the list was Michigan State, Purdue, Boston College, Iowa State, Indiana, and Kentucky.
