Three-star Hyattsville, Md., guard Jordan White announced his commitment to West Virginia University through his Twitter account on Sunday. White is the latest verbal commitment for the class of 2020 for WVU coach Neal Brown.
WVU appears to have flipped White from his earlier verbal commitment to his home state school, the University of Maryland. White reopened his recruiting on Nov. 9. White announced his decommitment from the Terrapins during the first half of their 73-14 dismantling at the hands of Big Ten champion Ohio State.
White (6-foot-3, 310 pounds) played for DeMatha Catholic. White chose WVU over offers from, among others, Georgia Tech, LSU, Maryland and Syracuse.
