During the WVU-Baylor matchup on Saturday evening, a new mascot for the 2020-21 athletic season was announced in front of a sold out crowd. Timmy Eads, the 66th Mountaineer, handed the musket over to Greenbrier County native, and WVU sophomore, Colson Glover.
Glover will be the university’s 67th mascot and will begin serving at the annual Gold-Blue Spring Football Game.
