Mohamed Wague Makes Announcement

MORGANTOWN, West Virginia — West Virginia sophomore Mohamed Wague will not return to play for the Mountaineers next season.

Wague, a 6’10 forward from Bronx, New York, posted a collage of his time at West Virginia with the following message: “Nothing but love I will always remember my time up here in Morgantown. Coaching staff, teammates, and the people in general. Thank you.”

Wague, who averaged 4.1 points and 3.1 rebounds per game last season, has visited Kansas State and Alabama, and those are the two favorites to land his services at this time. Wague is currently in Tuscaloosa and is expected to make his decision soon.
