Morgantown, West Virginia – Senior guard Taz Sherman has been named to the Preseason All-Big 12 team as an honorable mention.
Sherman, who averaged 13.4 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists for the Mountaineers last season, was the only player on the team that was named to the All-Big 12 team.
The preseason All-Big 12 team consisted of Matthew Mayer (Baylor), Ochai Agbaji (Kansas), Remy Martin (Kansas), David McCormack (Kansas), Marcus Carr (Texas) and Terrence Shannon, Jr. (Texas Tech).
