Mountaineers Add Former Penn State Linebacker

Morgantown, West Virginia – The West Virginia Mountaineers have just landed a commitment from former Penn State linebacker, Lance Dixon!

Dixon, a former four star recruit out of West Bloomfield, Michigan, recently entered the transfer portal and was thought to be headed to Michigan, but instead, Neal Brown and staff have stolen a really, really talented defensive player!

The ninth-ranked outside linebacker in the 2019 class, Dixon redshirted his first year on campus while appearing in three games. He saw action in all nine games this season, totaling 10 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and 1 forced fumble.
