The West Virginia Mountaineers added Keion Wakefield, a 5’9 170 pound wide receiver from Louisville.
Wakefield is a graduate transfer and will have only one year of eligibility remaining. He was a 3 star prospect out of high school and the #4 rated recruit in the 2016 class in the state of Kentucky.
While at Louisville, Wakefield redshirted as a Freshman, missed all of 2017 with a knee injury, then only caught 1 pass in 2018 and 7 passes last season for the Cardinals.
