Morgantown, West Virginia – After West Virginia beat North Texas on Friday and convincingly defeated the 19th-ranked Richmond Spiders yesterday, the Mountaineers moved to #8 in the latest Associated Press Top 25.

The Mountaineers will next play Iowa State at home on Friday night in the team’s Big 12 Conference opener. The game begins at 9:00PM and will be televised on ESPN.
