Mountaineers Land HUGE Offensive Lineman from Ohio

Neal Brown and staff are butter because they are on a roll!  Last week, Brown pulled in four star wide receiver Kaden Prather and today, the Mountaineers added Tomas Rimac, a 6’6 280 pound offensive lineman from Brunswick, Ohio.

Rimac, a three star player and the 29th ranked player in the state of Ohio for the 2021 class, held offers from Akron, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Cincinnati, Indiana, Iowa State, Kent State, Louisville, Minnesota, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Temple, Toledo, Western Michigan and Wisconsin.

Offensive Line Coach Matt Moore posted an enthusiastic “Let’s Go” and hashtag “trenchlife” on Twitter today to announce the addition.

Rimac was offered a scholarship by the staff today and he jumped all over it.  With all of these offers from outstanding football programs around the country and his incredible size, Rimac will be a huge addition to the West Virginia offensive line.  Welcome Home, Tomas!
