Morgantown, West Virginia – Moments ago, Jarel Williams, a 6’3 wide receiver from Saraland, Alabama, has committed to play for the West Virginia Mountaineers!

Williams, a 3 star recruit, had offers from Colorado, Florida State, among many other big name programs.
