Morgantown, West Virginia – Former Morgantown High School Mohigans and West Virginia Mountaineers forward Nathan Adrian has signed a professional contract to play in Italy!
Adrian has signed a contract with Happy Casa Brindisi until June 30, 2023.
Adrian played two seasons ago in France for JSA Bordeaux where he averaged 17.3 points and 7.7 rebounds per game. Last season, he played in the Ukrainian Superleague and averaged 18 points and 8 rebounds per game.
Adrian played for the Mountaineers from 2013-2017 and made two appearances in the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Tournament.
Now, Adrian is currently playing for Best Virginia, a West Virginia alumni team, in the TBT Tournament.
Best Virginia is back in action tonight at 9:00 in the Round 2 of the TBT against D2. The game will be televised live on ESPN2.
