New Big 12 Divisions Revealed

Morgantown, West Virginia – With Cincinnati, UCF, Houston and BYU joining the Big 12 Conference and replacing Oklahoma and Texas, the future conference will be divided into two divisions.

According to early reports, there will be an East division and a West division.  West Virginia will join Cincinnati, UCF, Kansas, Kansas State and Iowa State in the East.  The West division will include Texas Tech, BYU, Oklahoma State, Baylor, TCU and Houston.

The winners of each division will conceivably play in the Big 12 Conference Championship at the end of each season.

West Virginia should have a fairly easy path to the conference championship by winning the East division over Cincinnati, UCF, Kansas, Kansas State and Iowa State.
